Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/4 lb. flour
- 2 c chicken stock
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 oz. sherry
- 1/2 tsp basil leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms & shallots in butter.
Add basil leaves.
Add flour & blend well.
add chicken stock & bring to boil.
Reduce heat & add cream and sherry.
Simmer approximately 10 minutes while stirring.
