Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, divided
  • 2 tspn lemon juice
  • 2 10-oz packages frozen chopped spinach,thawed and well drained
  • 1 tspn dill weed
  • 1/2 tspn garlic powder
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) flaked cooked fresh crabmeat or equivalent imitation crabmeat,flaked
  • 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions with tops.

Preparation

Step 1

In med bowl,beat together 2 eggs and lemon juice.
Stir in spinach until well blended. Toform crust, press spinach mixture onto bottom and up sides of lightly greased 9-inch quiche dish or deep-dish pie plate.
Beat together remaining eggs, dill weed and garlic powder until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated 375 deg. oven until puffed in center and knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
