  • 1 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Milk
  • 1 pkg Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 tsp pumpkin Pie spice
  • 3 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 baked Pie Crust

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients.
Beat at low speed until well blended, about 1 min. -
Fold in 2 1/2 cups of cool whip
Put into Crust.
Top with remaining cool whip.
Put in freezer for 1 hour, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
