Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 (18.25) package Betty Crocker Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat over to 350 degrees.

Butter a 13x9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl whisk eggs, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice; stir until smooth. Add evaporated milk and stir to blend. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top and then spread chopped pecans. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake 45-55 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely to serve.
