Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 t canola oil
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 3/4 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t dried sge
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. apple, cored, peeled and grated
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
- T. mustard
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 2 t. mustard

Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery, saute about 3 minutes. stir in thyme nd sage. Cool slightly.,
Combine ground turkey, onion mixture, bread crumbs and next 6 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Shape into a loaf; place in a greased 8"x4" loaf pan.
Bake, unovered, at 350 degrees for one hour. Drain drippings from pan; brush Glaze over top of loaf. Return to oven' bake about 10-15 more minutes until top is golden or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160 degrees.
Glaze:
Stir togther all ingredients in a bowl until bronw sugar dissolves. makes about 1/4 cup.
