  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • cheddar cheese crackers- about 8 ounces
  • 1 pint of light sour cream
  • half stick butter
  • oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. pulverize cheddar cheese crackers in food processor
and cut up chicken breasts.

2. with spatula coat chicken pieces on all sides with sour cream and then coat them with the cheddar crumbs.

3. place chicken skin side down on foil lined cookie sheet that has melted butter and a little oil on it. then quickly turn the chicken over so they are skin side up.

4. cook in a 350 degree oven for 30 min, then turn it up to 375 for another 30 minutes.
