Molasses Candy - Papa in Nevada

Ingredients

• Burnt Molasses Candy:
• 2 2 2 c. dark molasses
• 1 1 1 c. brown sugar
• 2 2 2 tbsp. butter
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 c. water
• 1 1 1 tbsp. vinegar
• Pinch Pinch of baking soda
• DIRECTIONS
• to to together until a few drops in cold water becomes brittle. Pour on a buttered dish and allow to cool. When cool enough to handle, rub butter on hands and pull (small portions at a time) until light in color. Cut in small pieces

Preparation

Step 1
