Ingredients
- 2 c. packed basil leaves (approx. 2 oz)
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place basil, parmesan, walnuts, garlic and salt in food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.
2. Slowly stream in olive oil until combined.
3. Just before serving, add 2 tablespoons of hot pasta water from cooked pasta.
