Ingredients
- 2 CPS OR 1 (16OZ) JAR NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER (I USE CRUNCHY)
- 1 3/4 CPS HONEY
- 2 1/4 CPS CHOCOLATE WHEY PROTEIN OR 1/2 CHOC 1/2 VAN PROTEIN
- 3 CPS UNCOOKED OATMEAL

Step 1
IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL COMBINE PB AND HONEY MIC FOR 70-90 SECONDS UNTIL EASY TO STIR
ADD PROTEIN POWDER AND OATMEAL AND MIX IT WILL BE THICK. PRESS INTO A 9 BY 16 PAN. ( I LINED IT WITH WAX OR PARCHMENT PAPER)
REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR OR TILL SOLID ENOUGH TO CUT
WRAP EACH ONE IN FOIL OR PLASTIC WRAP AND STORE IN FRIDGE
