Ingredients
- 2 roasting chickens
- 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbs each rosemary,thyme,parsley
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp dijon mustard(optional)
- 8 cloves garlic crushed
- kosher salt,pepper and paprika

Step 1
Zest the lemon into a bowl. Cut lemon in 1/2,squeeze a few drops from each half into the bowl and stuff one half into each of your chickens. Add into the bow.,olive oi.,crushed cloves of garlic,rosemary,thyme,parsley,turmeric and mustard. Mix into a paste and coat both chickens. Sprinkle with salt,pepper and paprika.
Roast at 425 for 15 min,turn oven down to 375 and continue roasting another 45-60 min.,until juices run clear.
