  • 1 (15 oz) box raisin bran cereal
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 t. baking soda
  • 2 t. salt

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Fill muffin tins 1/4 full.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
