Nana's Mest Balls and Sauce

Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup of normal olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of onions
- Garlic
- Put on range set to high
- 1 hot pepper
- 2 jars of tomato sauce
- 6 oz of tomato paste
- Rinse out sauce jar into mixture
- 1 head of basil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Put in meat (not meat balls) for 30 min
- Put in meat balls
- Cook for 1 hr
- Meat balls
- 1.20 lbs of beef
- .80 lbs of pork
- 2 cloves or 1 big clove of garlic
- Tablespoon of parley
- Process in food processor
- 3 slices of water soaked bread from the freezer
- Put meats in the bowl and mix with hands
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Salt
- Put in parsley and garlic
- 3 large eggs or 2 XL
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
- Drain water from bread bowl
- Chop bread with hands
- Preheat oven at 425 spray pan
- Mix with hands then roll meat balls
- Cook 30-40 min
- If dry add a little milk
- If mushy add dry bread crumbs
- 3 large eggs or 2 XL
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
