Ingredients
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 basket cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 can water chestnuts, cut in half
- 1 can black olives, cut in half
- 1 can green olives, cut in half
- 2 sm boxes of raisins
- 1 cucumber, cut into chunks
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 basket alphalfa sprouts, optional
- 10 radishes, cut into thirds
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 lime
- Mrs Dash

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except lime. Add Mrs. Dash to taste and squeeze juice of the lime over salad, mix well and refrigerate.
Serve in a low fat whole wheat tortilla with some fat free cream cheese for a different taste.
Or serve up in bowls for a refreshing summer salad
