Ingredients

  • 115 g of semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  • 28 g unsweetened chocolate chipped
  • 1/2 cup butter cubed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • pinch salt
  • 3 bars of skor chopped up

Preparation

Step 1

1. In saucepan melt all chocolate and butter over medium low heat stirring occasionally. Let cool for 10 mins
2. Whisk in sugar and vanilla. Whisk in eggs one at a time. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in chocolate bars.
3. Scrap into parchment lined pan, 8 inches.
4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
