Ingredients

  • 3-4 Split Skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2-3 tbs. seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 tbs Emeril Spice
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • cooking oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Slice chicken breast lengthwise into strips. Set aside.
Heat up cooking oil in deep frying pan.
Beat eggs in medium bowl.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Take chicken (1 piece at a time), coat in egg, coat in flower mixture, place in oil.
Turn chicken pieces over after ~ 7 minutes. Check for doneness before servinig.

Honey Mustard Sauce:

1 part Dijon Mustard to 1/2 part honey.
Mix and let refrigerate ahead of time.
(heat honey ahead of time to help combine)
