Cindy's Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 3 3/4 c flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
• 2 sticks of butter
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs lightly whisked
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 c milk
• cinnamon/sugar mixture in separate bowl

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350*
grease cookie sheets

mix all dry ingredients together in separate bowl
cream together sugar and butter until fluffy
add dry ingredients mix until well blended
stir in eggs, vanilla and milk

make 1" balls
roll in cinnamon/sugar
place on cookie sheet
press each with bottom of a glass

bake about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
