Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- dash cloves dash nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. pecans, optional

Step 1
Combine honey, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt and bring just to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool.
Beat in 1 qt. of vanilla ice cream. Add the pecans, if desired. Pour into crusts and put in freezer. Servve with whipped cream.
