Ihen put into a jar.n heavy sauce pan put the butter and turn burner to med low.
Melt the butter and then turn the burner to low and keep watching it and turning it lower until a golden color and the foam has calmed down and just lays on the top.
Cool and skim the foam off the top. put through a sieve and then put into a jar.
