Ingredients
- 2 cups pecans – shelled
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 egg white – beaten stiff
- 1/2 cup sugar

Step 1
Melt butter in flat pan in the oven. Add sugar to beaten egg white and fold in
the nuts. Spread in the pan and mix with the butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 250
degrees, stirring every 10 minutes
