Ingredients
- For Broccoli cheese potato topper:
- 1 can Campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets
- 4 hot baking potatoes split
- Nachos:
- 1 can Campbell's condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 salsa

Step 1
For Broccoli cheese potatoes:
1. In 1 qt. saucepan, stir soup, sour cream and mustard. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli; heat through.
2. Spoon over potatoes. Makes 1 1/2 cups or 4 servings.
Nachos
1. In 1 and 1/2 qt. saucepan, heat soup and salsa until hot, stirring often.
2. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with chopped tomato, green onion, sweet red and green pepper and sliced olives.
