Devils Food Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 1 box Dunchan Himes Devils food cake mix
• 1 sm pack instant chocolate pudding
• 1/2 C oil
• 1-1/4 C water
• 4 eggs
• 1 can Dunchan Hines chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Generously grease & flour a tube pan. Blend all ingredients in a lg bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 mins. Pour batter into prepared tube pan. Bake til done & toothpick comes out clean.

9 x 13 pan 50-60 mins
2 - 9" pans 40-45 mins
Cool cake in tube pan for 25 mins. Invert onto a serving plate. Cool other pan types in the pan for 15-20 mins. Remove from pans & cool top side up. Frost when completely cool.
Frosting:
Heat 2/3 C in a small sauce pan. When frosting is all melted, pour over cake.
You can use more than 2/3 C, its up to you.
