White Lasagna

A cheesy white chicken lasagna with a touch of character. Putzy but good, makes a large pan for company or leftovers. Freezes well in individual servings.

Ingredients

  • 8 8 8 oz lasagna noodles cooked
  • 2 2 2 cans Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1 1/4 can grated parmesan cheese - save 1/4 for later
  • 1 1 1 cup sour lean
  • 1 1 1 cup ricotta
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 3 3 3 C chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 4 4 1 C shredded cheese (mixture of Monterey Jack, Swiss, Mozzarella)reserve 1 C for topping at end
  • 1 1 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Lasagna pan or large deep cake pan

Preparation

Step 1

Filling:
Mix all ingredients except noodles & shredded cheese together in a large mixing bowl. Lightly grease pan, add a layer of noodles, cheese, 1/2 mix, again noodles, cheese remaining mix.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until hot through. Add remaining shredded cheese to top when you remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Let cool slightly and set for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with salad & garlic bread.
