Ingredients
- 1 cups Water (scant), room temperature
- 2 Tb Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tb Dark Molasses
- 1 Tb Vinegar
- 1-2/3 cups Unbleached White Flour
- 1 cups (scant) Organic Dark Rye Flour
- 1-1/3 Tb Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 tsp Minced Dried Onion
- 2/3 tsp Instant Coffee Granules (Crystals)
- 2/3 Tb Whole Caraway Seeds
- 1/3 tsp Fennel Seeds (Whole)
- 2/3 tsp Sugar
- 2/3 tsp Sea Salt
- 1-1/3 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Preparation
Step 1
All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the whole wheat, sweet or basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.
Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
