Super-Duper Corn Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix canned and creamed corn with Jiffy mix, sour cream and eggs. Spray Pam into a glass baking dish.

Pour ingredients into dish and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If knife comes out clean, then it's ready.
