Ingredients
- ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE ROOM TEMPERTURE!!!
- 12 TBSP BUTTER
- 1 3/4 CUPS SUGAR
- 3 1/4 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 1/2 CUPS WHOLE MILK
- 2 LARGE EGGS
- 1 tsp. SALT
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 TBSP RED FOOD COLORING (NO TASTE)
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons COCOA POWDER
- 1 1/2 tsp. BAKING SODA
- 1 1/2 tsp. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (you can't over mix these two ingredients).
2. Add eggs one at a time beat after each addition.
3. Add the Red Food Coloring to the Cocoa Powder and stir by hand, then add the vanilla and stir; pour into above and mix, scrape the bowl.
4. Add the salt to the milk and stir to dissolve salt.
5. Alternate flour and milk, starting with the flour and ending with the flour.
6. Pour Apple Cider Vinegar into the Baking Soda, it will foam up add to above mix just to incorporate it (DO NOT OVERMIX HERE).
7. Fill cupcake cups with level ice cream scoop
8. BAKE 450 DEGREES FOR 18 TO 25 MINUTES CHECK AT 18 MINUTES WHEN A TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN THEY ARE DONE.
