Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. pork cut into 1/4"x1-1/2" pieces
- 1 Tbl. sugar
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 C celery, sliced at an angle
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts with water
- 2 C bean sprouts
- cornstarch
- soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pork in nonstick skillet. Sprinkle with sugar and cook until carmelized. In a saucepan bring to a boil the onion, celery, bell pepper and water chestnuts with liquid. Add pork and simmer until done, about 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and cook until warmed through. Thicken with cornstarch. Season with soy sauce`
