Ingredients
- Bottom Layer:
- 1 box white, yellow or chocolate cake mix
- Top Layer:
- 1 pound cream cheese (two bricks)
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- Topping/Frosting:
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the cake mix according to package directions and pour into 9x13 cake pan.
2. Mix the top layer ingredients and pour on top of the cake batter in the pan. Cheese layer drops to the bottom while baking.
3. Bake 350 for 50 minutes in a dark pan, bake 325 if in a glass pan. (*baked glass pan for 50+ minutes otherwise center will be gooey)
4. Cool then cover and refrigerate. Frost when cold. Store in refrigerator.
