• One box stuffing Mix
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 c ketchup
• 1/4 c light maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Mix stuffing mix, water, and ground beef. Fill muffin cups with meat mixture.

Mix syrup and ketchup. Top meat muffins with ketchup mix.

Bake @ 375 for 30 minutes.

Topping can be changed for all ketchup, bbq sauce or whatever you like.
