Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 C sliced celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 chicken bouillion cube
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise or salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Pull skin from breasts. Dice meat.

Combine with carrots, celery, onion, water, chicken bouillon, and salt in a large frying pan; heat to boiling; cover.

Simmer 30 minutes until tender. Drain off any broth. Fold mayo into chicken. Serve as desired.
