  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread pecans in bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs. Add sugar, syrup, margarine, and vanilla. Beat well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake about 55 to 65 minutes or until center is set. Spray a piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray & cover the top of the pie after it has been in the oven about 10 mins.
