Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/4 pound butter or margarine
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 3 oz. cream cheese.
  • Filling:
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Confectioners sugar, for dustiong

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all crust ingredients ad chill,
Shape into 1-inch balls and press into the bottom and sides of each 1-1/2 inch tiny muffin cup to form the crust.
In a small bol, mix together all filling ingredients.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of filling in each cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. While still warm, sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
