Ingredients

2 Tbs water
1 Tbs arrowroot
1/2 c vinegar
1 1/2 c olive oil
1/2 tps clove
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 tps pepper
Add herbs of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Make a paste of water and arrowroot, whisk in vinegar
Bring to a simmer, remove from heat
Whisk in oil slowly and cool
Whisk in the rest of the ingredients
