Chocolate Chip Cookie Remix Truffle

Ingredients

• 15 store bought chocolate chip cookies (chips ahoy)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (light)
• 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chopped into pieces
• 3/4 cup milk or dark mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside.

2. Process the cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form, about 1 minute. Add the honey and cream cheese and process until a dough beings to form, about 30 seconds. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl.

3. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Place on the prepared cookie sheet and refrigerate uncovered for 45 minutes.

4. Melt and temper the white chocolate. Dip each ball into the white chocolate, return to the cookie sheet, and sprinkle with the mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until solid.
