- 3 pkg. (3 oz. each) strawberry jello
- 2 3/4 cup boiling water
- 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 10oz. frozen strawberries (thawed)
- 1 can (20 oz.) Dole crushed pineapple undrained

- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 up cold water
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add strawberries, pineapple and bananas.
Pour half the mixture in 13 x 9 glass pan. Refrigerate 4 hr until firm.
Step 2
Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a medium saucepan.
Let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Combine half and half and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
combine gelatin mixture, half and half mixture, vanilla, and ream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Gently spoon cream cheese mixture over FIRST LAYER WHICH IS FIRM.
chill until firm (about 2 hours)
Cut into squares, serve on lettuce lined salad plates.
