Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (15oz) jar Spaghetti Sauce (or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced Scallions
- 12 oz thin spaghetti, cooked per pkg directions
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain.
2. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 mins, stirring often.
3. In a medium size mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream, until blended. Stir in Scallions and cooked spaghetti noodles.
4. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2qt baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30-35 mins or until bubbly.
