Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 cup Butter
- 2/3 c powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t Baking Powder
- 1 t Xanthan Gum
- 2 1/2 c Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 t almond extract
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 T Milk
- 2 T Softened Butter
- 1 t Almond Extract

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg and almond extract
Stir in flour
Pipe and decorate
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 7 to 10 minutes in 400 degree oven
Frosting:
Mix and add milk to thin as necessary
Food coloring - optional
