London Broil with Mustard Marinade

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 London broil, 2 lbs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the soy sauce, white wine, vegetable oil and Tabasco sauce in sealable plastic bag. Add Dijon mustard, brown sugar and garlic and mix well. Add beef, turning to coat well. Marinate in refrigerator for 5-24 hours.
2. Drain, reserving marinade. Grill the beef over hot coals for 5-7 mins on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Remove to a cutting board and cover loosely with foil; let stand for 5-10 mins. Slice on the diagonal.
3. Mix the reserved marinade with the mushrooms in a pan and cook until heated through. Serve with the beef.
