Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk Light Vanilla soymilk
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup baby kale or spinach
- 1/4-inch slice ginger root
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired
