Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup Crisco
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tsp. baking powder
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar (approximately)
- lemon extract (try 1 1/2 tsp. per batch)
- hot water

Step 1
Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, then add flour and baking powder. Mix. Use ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Mix icing to your taste.
*Very good, not as lemony
