  • Icing:
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar (approximately)
  • lemon extract (try 1 1/2 tsp. per batch)
  • hot water

Step 1

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, then add flour and baking powder. Mix. Use ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Mix icing to your taste.
*Very good, not as lemony
