Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- ground black pepper
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot. Add the turkey and mushrooms; cook for 3 min, stirring to break up the meat. Add the garlic powder. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 min.
Stir in ketchup, vinegar, mustard, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking over low heat for 5 to 10 min, stir occassionally.
Season with pepper. Spoon over buns and add the tops.
