Ingredients
- 3 1/2 C cubed cooked chicken
- 1 C chopped celery
- 3/4 C seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 C chopped pecans
- 1/4 C coconut flakes
- 3/4 C mayo
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 C heavy cream, whipped
- 12 croissants
- lettuce
- tomato

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together chicken, celery, grapes, pecans and cocout. In another bowl combine mayo, salt and pepper. Fold in whipped cream. Gently fold in chicken mixture. Cover and chill. Slice open croissants, line opening with lettuceleaves and tomato. Fill with chicken.
