Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup apricot brandy
- 2 T light corn syrup

Step 1
In a med saucepan, heat the cream until very hot. Remove from heat, add chocolate and let stand until softened, 3 min. Whisk in the brandy and corn syrup until smooth.
Transfer mixture to fondue pot.
4-6 serving
