Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon softened ice cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 box Devil's food cake mix
- Crisco
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
This recipe fills TWO jelly roll pans
½ gallon of softened ice cream
Beat 4 eggs on high for five minutes
Add in and beat on high ½ cup water
Add in Devil’s food chocolate cake mix
Prepare jelly roll pans – 10 x 15
Grease with Crisco – then cover pan with wax paper –
Grease wax paper with Crisco
Split batter and pour into each pan
Bake 14 minutes at 350 degrees
Take smooth dish towel – sprinkle with powdered sugar
Right out of the oven place dish towel on cake and turn over immediately and roll cake up in the dish towel and COOL
When cooled, spread ice cream on cake and re – roll up and cover with foil and place in freezer !!
