- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3 cups finely shredded carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup of very drained crushed pineapple

Mix with blender until combined. Hand blend in 1 cup raisins

Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan
Bake @ 350 40 minutes
