Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breasts

  • Flour

  • Garlic salt

  • Pepper

  • 1

    can sliced mushrooms (reserve liquid)

  • 1/2

    cup Marsala wine

  • Margarine

Directions

Rinse chicken and coat with mixture of flour, garlic salt, and pepper. Let set 10 minutes Pan fry in margarine ( flash fry) on both sides over medium heat Reduce heat and add: 1 cup liquid consisting of liquid from mushrooms, 1/2 cup Marsala wine and remaining balance with water Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add mushrooms the last 15 minutes
