Ingredients
- 1 package bratwurst
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bottles of beer
- diced onion
- mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Place the brats, onion and beer in pan and heat to boiling. Cover, turn down heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the brats and grill on low to medium heat for 10 minutes turning the brats so they are browned on all sides.
Serve on a bun with raw diced onions and mustard.
