Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz.) wheel of Brie
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry defrosted and rolled to bring up and cover brie
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 egg
  • sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Place Brie in center of puff pastry.

Stir together preserves, raspberries and rosemary. Pour over Brie, cover with almonds. Bring corners of pastry together over Brie and knot.

Beat egg and brush over Brie, sprinkle with a few almonds.

Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown and serve with crackers or apples.
