Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 3/4 t. poultry seasoning
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 T. dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix together eggs and milk til well blended.

3. Stir in cracker crumbs til most liquid is absorbed.

4. Mix in onion and seasonings.

5. Add meat and combine well.

6. Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan.

7. Bake 50-60 minutes.

8. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
