Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs chopped red onion
- 1/4 tsp salt, optional
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 croissants, split

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Spoon about 1/2 cup onto each croissant.
