- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 slices crispy bacon, crumbled (optional)
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 8 ounces mozzarella
- 1 cup basil pesto

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2.In an 9” skillet or baking dish add the cherry tomatoes.
3.Evenly crumble the goat cheese over the cherry tomatoes
4.Sprinkle the goat cheese with the red pepper flakes. Add a layer of the slices of mozzarella over the goat cheese. Sprinkle with the bacon (if using) and drizzle the pesto over the top.
5.Bake for about 10 minutes or until very hot and melted. Serve immediately with pita chips or crostini.
